Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel & Spa

The view of the pyramids and the pool are amazing. Good breakfast selection.

You can see the pyramids right from your room (If you select a pyramid view room) and from the pool. Such a surreal experience! The breakfast selection is excellent! Also, if you pay, you can get excellent transportation and tour guides for the pyramids!

The WiFi times out and you have to keep signing in to continue to use it so my family and I were unable to always communicate with one another well.

Location. A view of the pyramids of Giza and a short five minute cab ride to the ticket office.

1. Room is very dirty. I have photos. Mold, hair, dirty upholstery, etc. 2. Staff are apathetic. Not nice but not rude. 3. Security is appreciated (ballards, bomb dogs, metal detector, etc.) but traffic security harassed our tour guide for money.

Great location, food was amazing, clean at all times.

Some staff members were rude. Restaurants shut down at 11pm, you can only order room service. Coffee shops and bars close at 1am, which is kind of early. The pool shuts down at sunset, which is lame.

I don't think this hotel meets the rating given. The wifi was terrible in the lobby. The staff were rude if you didn't use the hotels services. The room was old and felt dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The tv looked like something from the 90s.

There was one person who went above and beyond for me and many of the people there but the rest of the stuff was rude I was thinking because I was from the u.s but no the stuff was rude to everyone and everything was never the same price so beware of buyi

The price. It's one of the cheaper hotels.

Wifi was not included in the price of room.. If you want wifi they charge you $20 a day for it!

Great location!! Friendly staff. About 40 minutes from Cairo airport.

THE INTERNET! Horrible free internet in the lobby. Barely worked. You can't offer free internet and have it so weak and concentrated only in a small section of the hotel lobby. Please upgrade your service.

The bathrooms need some improvement. Anytime you take a shower, there would be water on the floor.

The people at the hotel were amazing and the location was astounding.

The gift shop was my favorite part of the hotel, sad to say. You can find millions of gift shops, but this one had everything I wanted and the service was friendly.

The wait/service staff attitude. They begged for tips with their body language and eyes. And the internet service is very very poor. You only have internet in the lobby area, for free (again very poor). There's internet in your rm for a charge.

The hotel is old and in very a bad shape. The toilet does't flush, shower is not good, AC is terrible, TV is old and poor, and overall the room is more of a 2 star room.
